I have recently qualified as a Personal Trainer. I am ecstatic!!!  Not only with the acquiring of this qualification but the complementary and inspiring letter I received from the ISSA.  As with everything I start studying I become insanely excited.   Don’t you love acquiring new knowledge and expanding your mind?  I start by personalizing my book cover.   My book covers have to resemble me, they have to be inspiring and positive. That’s who I am, inspiring, hopeful and positive! This is why I absolutely LOVE making vision boards for others. She has beautiful hair, whether on stage, at gym or meeting her for coffee… there is no way you cannot feel the energy from this lady…..  The one and only Miss Anna Wood. You can see the passion she has for life with her infectious smile and bright eyes. She has this energetic, passionate love for life and fitness, and her latest passion is cross fit.   Sometimes you look at magazine covers, you admire the person on the covers and totally adore them… then you meet them and they are not what you thought and you are either disappointed or happier for meeting them. I was ecstatic!!!!   I met Anna at the gym, where else would you find such a fitness lover?  Then she had a workshop for ladies wanting to compete, at first I was not sure if I could attend and I was a bit short on cash, but I went thank goodness! Have you become a cripple by choice?  There are many inspiring stories out there but these have brought tears to my eyes. Yesterday morning when I heard Joost van der Westhuizen, talking to Garth Cliff on 5fm. My eyes watered listening to this man who was once a fit and healthy individual, saying how he cannot simply run with his kids.  Can you imagine what it’s like to lose any or all of your senses you were blessed with? I met a girl at gym, a wonderful young vibrant, fit and healthy female. She was asked, if she wears braces to keep her skinny or help her lose weight? That was only 1 of the crazy questions.  Since when did being fit and healthy become a question of why, as opposed to a norm? As a female if you want to lose weight, everyone questions why?
