To All The beautiful Ladies ...


So often we tend to hide who we are, parts of ourselves whether out of fear or protection, I do not know.
What I do know, what took me a while to learn and understand is this...

 I am ALIVE for a reason... I have purpose, a vision and I know that God has put me on earth to achieve my life purpose. I believe my life purpose is all about inspiring everyone around me.
Ensuring daily I am touching a life, healing a heart, touching a soul with my kindness, generosity, my knowledge and my life lessons.

I am uniquely stunning beautiful, always believed i looked so different and wanted to "Look" right and "perfect" however there is NO Right perfect look. WHY?

Because we are all unique individuals who look absolutely beautiful the way you are.
Once you see your beauty, no one can take that image away from you. Sometimes you find someone who will look at you, as if you are the most beautiful person on earth... keep that picture in your mind.

They say life is a bed of roses... Bon Jovi says "I wanna lay you down in a bed of roses" ... well roses have thorns and like every beautiful creature we all have those thorns to protect ourselves, we are not perfect but life is not about perfection.

Life is about growing and learning and sharing and being happy and living fully.

If you find a partner, no matter how new your relationship is, give your best, have fun, break the rules, make your own rules because life is about sharing and expanding those happy moments which ultimately may not be forever, but for now those moments should be experiences to remember.
Relationships are meant to be fun and passionate... about the small things... its not about money spent on gifts its about the time spent on you...

If you can find close friends to share your secrets with, Treasure that. I have few but amazing friends i trust with my heart and soul. I have 2 sisters who I love with my heart and soul. I admire the strong females I have met, such as my Coach.

Fitness Females are friendly and supportive!

Good Morning … What a beautiful #FitnessFriday this is going to be! Totally kicked ass at the gym, loved it… Until I had one more exercise to do… This is what happened: A happy friendly Maylene: “Hi, could you please tell me how many sets you have left? Or if I can use the machine in between your sets?” Chick on the machine, gets off and replies, loudly and quite rudely: “Why can you use an other machine, I am very busy and now you want to disturb my workout, there are other machines in the gym!” Ahem… if there was another machine I would use it. AND PEOPLE SAY FITNESS CHICKS WHO COMPETE ARE BITCHY AND THINK A LOT OF THEMSELVES???? Every female I have met who loves fitness have been kind, caring, understanding and supportive of each other. Fitness Magazine Cover Model Search 2015 - Post 1

Lately I have been addicted to watching America's next Top Model (ANTP) I have come to the conclusion that, each of the applicant for the USN Face of Fitness should also star in a 10 episode programme. Where we tell our story, and we are coached by various professionals in the industry and then the best female wins. However this is only for the cover but I am taking ideas from Tyra Banks.   This year i am entering the USN Face of Fitness Competition.  Over the next few weeks I will be sharing my story and giving reasons as to why I believe i would make an amazing and inspiring Fitness Model.
