Fitness Females are friendly and supportive!

Good Morning … What a beautiful #FitnessFriday this is going to be! Totally kicked ass at the gym, loved it… Until I had one more exercise to do… This is what happened: A happy friendly Maylene: “Hi, could you please tell me how many sets you have left? Or if I can use the machine in between your sets?” Chick on the machine, gets off and replies, loudly and quite rudely: “Why can you use an other machine, I am very busy and now you want to disturb my workout, there are other machines in the gym!” Ahem… if there was another machine I would use it. AND PEOPLE SAY FITNESS CHICKS WHO COMPETE ARE BITCHY AND THINK A LOT OF THEMSELVES???? Every female I have met who loves fitness have been kind, caring, understanding and supportive of each other. Even if we all step on stage together, we are friendly. When we compete, the other girls support from the audience side. WHY? Because: We are confident and comfortable in our skin.
