Good Morning … What a beautiful #FitnessFriday this is going to be! Totally kicked ass at the gym, loved it… Until I had one more exercise to do… This is what happened: A happy friendly Maylene: “Hi, could you please tell me how many sets you have left? Or if I can use the machine in between your sets?” Chick on the machine, gets off and replies, loudly and quite rudely: “Why can you use an other machine, I am very busy and now you want to disturb my workout, there are other machines in the gym!” Ahem… if there was another machine I would use it. AND PEOPLE SAY FITNESS CHICKS WHO COMPETE ARE BITCHY AND THINK A LOT OF THEMSELVES???? Every female I have met who loves fitness have been kind, caring, understanding and supportive of each other. Lately I have been addicted to watching America's next Top Model (ANTP) I have come to the conclusion that, each of the applicant for the USN Face of Fitness should also star in a 10 episode programme. Where we tell our story, and we are coached by various professionals in the industry and then the best female wins. However this is only for the cover but I am taking ideas from Tyra Banks.   This year i am entering the USN Face of Fitness Competition.  Over the next few weeks I will be sharing my story and giving reasons as to why I believe i would make an amazing and inspiring Fitness Model.
