- The first person you have to challenge is yourself before you can challenge anyone else. 
- Put yourself first and push yourself past your fears, and set a goal!

    1. Fire - Fitness and training
    2. Wood - Wellness 
    3. Wind - Work/Education
    4. Water - Relationships
    5. Earth - Nutrition
5 Inspired Lives!
I have truly been blessed, and i believe in showing appreciation and giving back.
I watched the movie "pay it forward" and this where i got the idea.
I would like to inspire everyone in the world, I challenge you to inspire 5 people around you and "pay it forward"

5 Reasons!
Why? Who? How?
What is the why behind your goals?
What is the reason you want to lose weight? Gain weight?
What are the reasons why you wake up in the morning?
You need to have a strong "why" to keep you going and to reach your goals.

15 Weeks! 
Lets start this challenge together and see how we can change the world around us.
Let's challenge ourselves... to live a fulfilling lives.... strengthen our bodies and minds... and then conquer the world...
