the Challenge begin!!!
Thank you so far to everyone who has “liked” my page, and signed up for my blog.
I really hope I can inspire you, and we can change lives for
the better.
Let the challenge begin!

What are your goals?

What do you want to achieve in 15 weeks?
Pick your challenge (sounds daunting I know)
I will be giving my challenges weekly, however each person
has their own goals they want to accomplish. So I want to allow you the freedom
to choose your own goals.
While you follow me on our main goals of my personal fitness
challenge. I am simply your catalyst,
your cheerleader and I would like to be your inspiration.
1st – Get a book; or your tablet or laptop.

Start writing down 20 things you want. Anything you want right now, don’t think just
write.

This can be like your bucket list, however a
bucket list is “what” you want to do in your life, so it has a longer time
frame.

Then pick your 5 goals according to my 5
elements.

Remember your goals must be specific. (you can
read my blog from January to find out more on goals)

Your goals are different to a bucket list. So
ensure your goal has an end date and exactly what you want to accomplish. Eg.
Lose 5kgs by 20 July, Drink 2litres water daily…

Make a
vision board. (I have a few vision board’s as well as each book cover is a mini
vision board. I can easily help you with this one)
Everyone’s goals are similar, the steps you take to reach your goals are similar, but we all have different personalities; so what may be easy for some may be hard for others.
So let us all share on this platform; what you love or hate,
what challenges you face, what mood you are in and everything in between.
Join me as I share my thoughts, knowledge, hints and tips as I enjoy my journey.
